  • Issue: The company allegedly encouraged users to send automated referral messages without recipients’ consent — essentially spam texts.

  • Eligible: If you received promotional texts from Cash App between November 14, 2019 and August 7, 2025.

2. AT&T (Deadline: November 18, 2025)

  • Settlement size: $177 million.

  • Issue: Two large data breaches in 2024 exposed personal info of about 73 million customers — including Social Security numbers, call logs, account data.

  • Eligible: Current and former AT&T customers whose info was exposed in the March or July 2024 incidents.

  • Compensation: Up to $5,000 for the March leak and $2,500 for the July leak (total up to $7,500) for affected individuals.
     

3. Fashion Nova (Deadline: October 20, 2025)

  • Settlement size: $5.15 million.

  • Issue: Accessibility violation — the retailer’s website allegedly did not work with screen-reading software used by legally blind users, starting from 2018.

  • Eligible: Visually impaired Californians (and possibly others depending on the class definition) unable to navigate the site.

  • What you might get: Depends on your actual losses and claim submission.
     

4. Panera Bread (Deadline: November 11, 2025)

  • Settlement size: $2.5 million.

  • Issue: A data breach on March 23, 2024 in which customer data was not adequately protected.

  • Eligible: If you received a formal notice from Panera that you were part of the breach.

  • What you might get: Submit claim based on your documentation of losses/out-of-pocket expenses.
     

5. EyeMed Vision Care (Deadline: December 11, 2025)

  • Settlement size: $5 million.

  • Issue: June 2020 data breach that exposed personal information of customers nationwide.

  • Eligible: If you received notice from EyeMed that you were affected.

  • Compensation: Up to $10,000 for documented out-of-pocket expenses + $100 for time dealing with the issue. Plus an estimated residual payment of about $50 — meaning some may get up to $10,150 in total.
